How to connect a Facebook page.
Step-by-step guide to connect your Facebook Page to Bibby. Only Facebook Pages (not personal profiles) can be connected.
Before you start
You need Admin access on the Facebook Page to connect it. Personal Facebook profiles cannot be connected—only Facebook Pages (business, brand, or community pages).
If you manage Pages through Business Manager, ensure you have access to the Page in Business Manager before connecting.
Bibby can only connect Facebook Pages where you have Admin access. If you don't see your Page after connecting, this is usually the reason. Verify your access before you start.
Important: Make sure you're switched to the correct Facebook Page or Business account before checking.
For direct Page access (Manage and view access)
Use this if you manage your Page directly. Go to your Page → Settings & privacy → Manage and view access. Look for "People with Facebook access"—you should see your name with full permissions (Page deletion, Permissions, Content, etc.).

For Business Manager / Business portfolio
Use this if your Page is in a Business portfolio. Go to Meta Business Suite → Settings → Users → People. Look for your email—you need "Full access" or "Admin" to connect Pages. "Partial access" may not include Page management.

Connect your Facebook Page in 3 steps
Follow these steps in order.
Quick overview: 1. Open Add Channel → 2. Sign in to Facebook → 3. Select your Page(s)
1Open the Add Channel modal
In your Bibby dashboard, click the Plus (+) icon next to Channels in the sidebar, or go to the Channels page and click Add Channel.
Select Facebook from the platform list.

2Sign in and grant permissions
A Facebook login window will open. Sign in with the account that has Admin access to your Page. Follow each screen and select the options below—granting full access ensures Bibby can post on your behalf.

If reconnecting: click Edit previous settings to update permissions.

Select Opt in to all current and future Pages.

Select Opt in to all current and future Businesses.

Review all permissions and click Save.

Click Got it to complete.
3Select and add your Page
After authorization, you'll see a list of your Facebook Pages. Select the Page(s) you want to add to Bibby and click Add Accounts.
No accounts found?
If you don't see any Pages after connecting, it usually means:
- You don't have Admin access on the Page—verify using the links above
- You connected a personal profile instead of a Page
- Not all permissions were granted—try again and accept all requests
- You manage Pages through Business Manager but have only Partial access
Click Try again in the modal to reconnect with updated permissions, or contact support if you need help.
