• You may revoke Bibby's access at any time through the third-party platform

We do not access private messages, personal profiles, or non-business Instagram accounts.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Bibby may require a paid subscription.

5.1 Billing

You agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only where required by law or at our discretion.

5.4 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Bibby to:

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, schedule, or publish through Bibby ("User Content").

However, by using Bibby, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and transmit User Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your posts, media, or analytics.
